SWIM SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Celebrating 23 years in the aquatic industry, we back ourselves to offer the best experiences for every family, team member and swimmer at our swim schools.
This role is based at our Mount Gravatt facility and will work closely with the Swim School Manager.
Our Customer Service Manager is the heart of our business providing important services such as Reception, Merchandising and sales to our current customers and potential new families. You don't need swim industry experience, just a passion and experience for providing outstanding customer service in a face to face role

To be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following selection criteria:
Essential
Experience in a Customer Service Management
Strong Communication Skills
Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
Positive Notice Blue Card
Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Commitment to both weekday and weekend shifts
