Are you a driven leader with a background in cleaning operations and a passion for client satisfaction? We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our Operations Team in Brisbane, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong client relationships and operational excellence.

About the Role

This key leadership role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating service delivery, overseeing quality assurance and driving high standards across multiple sites. You'll work closely with operations managers, cleaning teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Communicate regularly and professionally to understand client expectations.

Handle enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

Service Coordination

Plan and schedule cleaning services in collaboration with the operations team.

Monitor service quality and take corrective actions where necessary.

Provide training and guidance to cleaning teams.

Support a collaborative and positive work culture across all teams.

Quality Assurance

Conduct regular site inspections.

Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.

Contract Management

Understand and adhere to client contracts and service level agreements

Work with the Contracts Manager on renewals and value-add opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of all client communications and service activities.

Prepare service performance reports for internal and client review.

Requirement

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial cleaning (including supervisory experience)

Strong customer service mindset and value

Demonstrated ability to manage WHS matters on-site

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Basic computing skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Driver’s licence (unrestricted)

Additional Requirements

Ability to work night shifts or as required by site schedules

Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident)
