We’re on a mission to revolutionise the boating industry by delivering a world-class customer experience – and we’re looking for a dynamic Office & Customer Relations Manager to help us lead the charge from our Gold Coast dealership.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You’ll be the friendly face at our front desk while playing a vital role in supporting our sales and service teams with administrative efficiency and professionalism.

About the Role

This is a dual-role position combining front-of-house administration, client liaison, and sales support. You’ll oversee the smooth operation of our office, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and play a key role in sales settlements, registration transfers, and coordination between departments.

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations & Sales Admin:

Be the first point of contact - in person, over the phone, and via email - creating a warm, professional experience for all clients and visitors.

Support the sales and service departments with client communication and admin.

Prepare and send service quotes and proposals.

Coordinate and schedule service bookings and follow-ups.

Provide timely updates to clients before, during, and after service completion.

Process registration transfers, finalise sales paperwork, and assist with settlements.

Ensure customer feedback is escalated appropriately to Service or Sales Managers.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage payments.

Office Management:

Maintain general office supplies, stationery, and uniforms.

Oversee travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, logistics) when required.

Assist with onboarding/offboarding and other HR-related admin tasks.

Manage office-related services such as leases, telecommunications, and utilities.

Provide general administrative support across departments as needed.

You're confident, organised, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities. You’re someone who genuinely enjoys creating great customer experiences and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:

Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or a front-of-house role.

Confidence in customer communication - warm, clear, and professional.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail and a love for systems and organisation.

Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Salesforce experience is a plus).

A can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Interest in boating or the marine industry (bonus points, but not essential!).
