We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Gold Coast-based Operations team and support our growing business.

About the Role
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of our remote customer service representatives. You’ll work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure customer queries are resolved quickly and efficiently, data is entered accurately, and our wholesale and online customers receive helpful and friendly service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, improving service standards, and helping a team succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Support, coach and guide a small team of customer service staff across phone, email and data entry tasks

Ensure customer cases are followed through and resolved within expected timeframes

Monitor team inboxes and call queues to maintain strong service levels

Assist with training new staff and onboarding processes

Maintain accurate customer data across our systems

Help coordinate seasonal campaigns and promotions by briefing the team and tracking responses

Respond to escalated customer queries when required

Provide regular updates to management on team performance and common customer feedback

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a team leader or senior customer service role

A friendly, confident and calm communication style

Organised, reliable and good with systems and procedures

Ability to motivate others and contribute to a positive team culture, especially where the team is remote

Experience in retail, wholesale or consumer products is a plus
