We are seeking a confident and experienced administrator and customer service extraordinaire to join us at our Lawnton office. You will be working closely with our team to ensure the successful allocation and completion of all job activities – including financial, quality and safety expectations. You will also be responsible for supporting customer relationships and other members of our Team.
Established in 2019, SureFit Services is a Brisbane based company providing Respirator Fit Testing Services, Respiratory products, Earplug Fit Testing and more.
What you’ll be doing:
Work closely with the Managers, technicians and customers
Quality Assurance and sending of Fit Test Reports
Creation of sales invoices
Assisting with maintaining our technicians schedule and communicating to our customers throughout the day
Keep customers updated and satisfied through having a good understanding of their needs and requirements
Managing technicians travel requirements
Managing servicing and maintaining of specialised equipment
Identifying areas of potential improvement in order to further develop the integrity of the Service Team
Stock Management
Creating purchase orders to suppliers
What are we looking for?
Ideally, you’re a get-in-and-get-it-done type of person with a passion for supporting teams and facilitating high quality work. You’ve worked in a similar industry and team before and have the confidence to hit the ground running in this role. Your priority is getting the job done efficiently and effectively, ensuring constant improvement in your skills.
The successful applicant will have:
Experience in an administration & customer service role
Experience using Quickbooks (desirable, but not essential)
Strong organisational skills
Ability to maintain accurate records and database management skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to adapt and remain flexible
Willingness to learn and grow on the job, your priority is always improving
