Due to internal promotion, they are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager come onboard and add value to both internal and external customers.
Your Role
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role, liaising with internal engineers, the quality team, sales team, workshop and external customers to deliver top-tier service.
You will have a unique opportunity to play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing the company's relationships with customers whilst coordinating the logistics of engine overhaul and repair, managing customer requests, and guiding technical and administrative processes.
Key responsibilities.
- Overseeing the complete lifecycle of engine service, from induction to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with your team of Customer Service Representatives and Administrators to deliver to customer SLAs and overall organisational goals
- Providing expert guidance on estimates, sales forecasting and invoices
- Sharing expertise in technical matters relating to Pratt & Whitney engines
Your Profile
With your passion for customer service, you will have proven experience within a team environment managing internal and external relationships to deliver excellence.
Your strong interpersonal communication skills, financial acumen, technical aptitude and extensive experience within the engineering/manufacturing or aerospace industry will see you excel in this role. This will allow you to grow within a respected company in the aerospace industry while making a tangible impact on customer relations and operational success.
