We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Brisbane office and play a key role in bringing our campaigns, content, and brand to life. If you love juggling graphic design, content creation, and marketing admin—and getting stuff done—this one's for you.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

You'll support the marketing team across design, content, and admin, helping drive campaigns that generate real leads.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing branded assets in Canva or Adobe (social posts, emails, PDFs, tradeshow signage, etc.)

Managing and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Writing short-form content: blog snippets, lead magnets, checklists, email copy, social posts

Editing basic videos for testimonials, walkthroughs, and reels (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Assisting with the creation of downloadable guides, calculators, and one-pagers for lead generation

Supporting email campaigns, CRM updates, and general marketing admin

🚫 What You Won’t Be Doing

We love initiative—but this role operates within a defined brand and strategy. You won’t be:

❌ Rebranding or changing the company visual identity

❌ Rebuilding or redesigning the website

❌ Shifting the target market or positioning

❌ Running awareness-only campaigns without lead goals

❌ Spending hours polishing creative that never gets used

We're a team that prioritises execution and outcomes.

🧠 What You Bring

2+ years' experience in a marketing support, design, or content role

Great design skills in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)

Solid copywriting for short-form content with a friendly, professional tone

Comfortable editing short-form video content

Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.)

Well-organised and detail-focused

Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign is a plus
