Role Responsibilities:
To provide support to the Australian Operations Manager with the day-to-day coordination and smooth running of the office
To maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), keeping documents up to date and aligned with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards
To maintain compliant documentation for audit and certification programmes
To act as the primary contact for regulatory, accreditation bodies and livestock traceability authorities
To coordinate internal and external audits, address non-conformances and ensure timely follow-up actions
To support a collaborative workplace culture while maintaining professional stakeholder relationships and assisting with office operations and team initiatives
Skills you will need:
Essential:
Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or administrative management
Experience in QMS and successful audit coordination
A working knowledge of ISO regulatory frameworks
Strong project management skills
Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A knowledge and understanding of agriculture
Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A team player able to work cross-functionally to meet business objectives
A problem solver with a professional manner
Proficient IT skills
Experience or an understanding of the livestock industry
Desirable:
An understanding of regulations related to AgTech or livestock traceability
