About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Quality Officer to join our team at LIQUIP SALES QLD PTY LTD' in Pinkenba, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring our operations meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any non-conformances
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance
• Provide quality and compliance training to staff as required
• Stay up-to-date with changes to regulations and industry best practices
• Support the implementation of new quality systems and procedures

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and relevant industry regulations and standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
