Wipe Credit Clean is seeking a reliable and empathetic team member for a full-time, work-from-home role in admin and client support. You’ll assist with onboarding, answering enquiries, managing client files, disputing listings, lodging ombudsman complaints, lodging court documents and providing updates throughout their credit repair journey. Ideal for someone organised, confident on the phone, with excellent grammar and passionate about helping people get back on track financially.

About the Role:

• Position: Hybrid (Work from Home)

• Hours: Flexible, starting at 25 hours per week, with the potential to increase up to 38 hours.

• Location: Fully remote, with opportunities for career growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• Strong customer service abilities and a passion for advocating for clients.

• Experience in admin or reception work.

• A background in mortgage broking or debt collection is advantageous but not required.

• Must enjoy problem-solving and have a positive, can-do attitude.
