We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to help deliver large-scale steel and manufacturing projects that shape industries and communities.

The Opportunity

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production and construction environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects. You’ll be coordinating workshop and onsite activities, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly – from procurement to project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and coordinating production and manufacturing processes in workshop and onsite environments

Managing budgets, project schedules, and cost controls

Organising materials, contractors, and resources to meet project timelines and quality standards

Liaising with clients, engineers, and subcontractors

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental systems

Leading teams, motivating staff, and maintaining a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a production, manufacturing, or construction coordination role

Trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering, building, or construction (preferred)

Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Sound knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and procurement processes

NACE Level 2 or CIP Level 2 accreditation (preferred)

Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
