Production Coordinator – Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

Reports to: Plant Manager

Join a passionate team at Next Generation Pet Foods, a growing manufacturer of premium pet food products based on the Sunshine Coast. We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Production Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

About the Role

As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day planning and coordination of production activities. You’ll work closely with the Plant Manager and wider team to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules

Book freight and coordinate deliveries to meet customer timelines

Manage pallet control and documentation

Support the procurement of raw ingredients and materials

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure production continuity

Assist in identifying and resolving production delays or issues

Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements

About You

Prior experience in a production, logistics or supply chain coordination role

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (or willingness to learn)
