About the Role

As our Despatch Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our yard, transport, labour teams, and clients. You’ll coordinate bookings, allocate trucks and crews, to ensure our daily operational logistics happen safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing our yard team and stock levels

Allocating transport and overseeing the transport team & fleet

Scheduling projects in our bookings system

Communicating with clients for booking management

This role reports to our Operations Manager and is based at our Burleigh Heads depot.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm

About You

You’re experienced in despatch or logistics, ideally with a background in construction or transport. Scaffolding knowledge is a bonus but not essential.

Requirements:

Current driver’s licence

Forklift ticket an advantage (but not critical)
