What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of 25
- Supporting and mentoring team leaders to deliver on targets
- Driving a culture of accountability, safety, and performance
- Collaborating with senior operations to implement improvements

- $120K base + super + 15% shift loading (Approx $154,000 inclusive of super & shift loading)

- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or similar environments
