The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Product Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a key role in ensuring our products make it to market on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with manufacturers, internal teams, and stakeholders across the business to drive projects from finished design to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product development from finished design through to market launch

• Liaise with manufacturers for samples, packaging development, and production coordination

• Rigorously test products prior to launch to ensure quality, performance, and readiness for market release

• Deliver products to set timelines while staying within budget

• Collaborate with marketing on product launch planning

• Negotiate trade terms with suppliers where appropriate

• Review and ensure all packaging specifications are accurate, compliant, and approved

• Oversee onboarding of new manufacturing plants and validate their production capabilities

• Conduct pre-production checks and first article inspections

• Maintain thorough product documentation including BOMs, packaging specs, and compliance records

• Provide clear, regular updates to internal stakeholders across departments

• Proactively follow up with suppliers and team members to keep projects on track

• Ensure all products meet industry standards and relevant regulatory compliance

• Manage and maintain a library of Golden Samples for reference and QC

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Product Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Previous experience in a product coordination or FMCG project role

• Mandarin language skills highly preferred, due to engagement with overseas manufacturing partners

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines

• Skilled in Excel and project management tools

• Experience with BOMs, packaging specs, and regulatory compliance is highly regarded

• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
