We are a well-established and continually growing cardiology group with 15 consulting specialists and comprehensive diagnostic services operating across 9 locations. We take pride in delivering excellent care while maintaining a positive, collaborative workplace.

About the Role:

As the face of our clinics, you’ll be working front-of-house – managing a busy reception desk, handling phone and patient enquiries, and supporting smooth clinic operations. This role requires someone calm under pressure, great at juggling multiple tasks, and who genuinely enjoys helping people.

This is a part-time position (ideally 4 days per week, but we’re open to discussing more or fewer days for the right person). You’ll be based primarily at our Frankston clinic, with occasional shifts at Mornington, Safety Beach and Highett – so the ability to travel is essential.

Shifts generally fall between 8:30am and 6:00pm to support patient needs and clinic flow.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a medical receptionist (specialist clinic experience highly regarded)

A sound understanding of how a medical practice operates

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in person and on the phone

A friendly, professional and positive attitude

Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities

Solid computer literacy (experience with HealthTrack is a plus)

A genuine team player who brings enthusiasm and resilience

A willingness to learn and grow with us
