Please note: We prefer experience as a Medical Receptionist and/or using Medical Director and Pracsoft software's, but not essential.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team here at Craigieburn Clinic. This role will be part-time, 3 days a week. This position is a crucial part of our clinic as you will be the first point of contact for our patients. We are a busy practice always ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and care for our patients. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced work environments and has the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support to Health care professionals

Welcoming patients and managing front desk reception

Booking and managing appointments with (Pracsoft software)

Handling patient enquiries with care and efficiency

Billing and processing Medicare/private fees

General administrative duties and support

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Proficient in English, (excellent verbal and written communication)

Ability to have great organisation and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Both face to face and over the phone.

The ability to work efficiently as part of a team and individually

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Operate within the policies and procedures of the practice
