Specialising in bulk earthworks, deep excavations, various shoring systemsand piling, along with in house capability for demo and remediation, they are known for delivering excellence in some of the most challenging urban environments.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are growing, and are currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver a variety of civil works for land development, sub divisions, and development projects,
• Monitor site progress, manage site teams, ensure works are on schedule and within budget
• Prepare and manage project documentation including ITPs, RFIs, method statements and quality records
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards
• Conduct inspections and support QA/QC processes
• Support procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries

Qualifications, experience, and attributes include:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Demonstrable career development in civil construction contracting
• Minimum 2 years’ Project Management experience in civil contracting, preferably in the delivery of civils for development projects or land development
• Experience in bulk earthworks, basement excavation, shoring, piling, and ground stabilisation highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, strong leadership, and organisational skills
