About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join the team based in Camden, NSW 2570. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of civil and parks construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals

What we're looking for

Must have civil construction experience, preferable in direct for council works with sports field construction highly desirable.

Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects on time and within budget

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
