Project Manager
Evolve Talent is recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a growing constructions organisations, we are working with organisations that specialises in delivering high-quality projects across the Government, Commercial, and Local Council sectors and a high-end commercial construction builder delivering to Schools, Multi/Res Commercial buildings. With strong pipeline of upcoming work across NSW, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, supportive team delivering impactful projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in the education space
• Strong understanding of on-site project delivery and modular construction techniques
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects across NSW, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and resources
• Oversee full project life-cycle from design to handover across multiple sites
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and on-site teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet project objectives
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across all deliverables
• Champion modular construction methodologies for efficiency and innovation
• Coordinate and manage trades, suppliers, and consultants to meet project deadlines
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Travel to regional NSW sites as required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry (commercial project experience highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and time-lines
• Proficient understanding of contract administration, including MW21, GC21, and Subcontractor Agreements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Hammertech
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and experience managing multiple active job sites
• Australian citizenship, current driver's licence, and ability to obtain NSW Police Clearance
