About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This is a full-time position based at our head office. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage detailed project plans, scopes, timelines, and budgets for multiple building and civil engineering projects.

· Lead the planning, coordination, and control of construction activities, including resource allocation (labour, plant, and equipment).

· Review architectural drawings, engineering specifications, and tender documentation to ensure project alignment with regulatory standards and client expectations.

· Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and external consultants to achieve delivery milestones and quality benchmarks.

· Oversee the preparation of tenders, contract bids, and procurement documentation.

· Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements; liaise with government authorities to secure necessary approvals and inspections.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address construction issues, and ensure work health and safety (WHS) requirements are met.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and surveyors to resolve technical issues and implement design variations.

· Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and the internal executive team to report on project performance and mitigate risks.

· Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasts, and approval of subcontractor claims and invoices.

Skills & Experience Required

· Qualifications: At least bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

· Skills: Project planning, cost control, contract management, team leadership, compliance, safety, stakeholder communication, problem-solving.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years in managing construction or property development projects.
