$120K-$140K + Super | Ute + Fuel Card | Full-Time (12-Month Contract)

We’re looking for a capable and committed Site Engineer or Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, 12-month contract role - overseeing multiple civil works across Deniliquin and surrounding areas.

You’ll take charge of site activity, project delivery, and coordination across key regional projects, backed by a close-knit team with strong local roots and decades of experience.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and a chance to see meaningful results - without the FIFO swings- and with the right support to navigate the paperwork that comes with it.

What’s on offer:

12-month full-time contract, with the potential to extend

$120,000–$140,000 + Super, depending on experience

Company Ute + Fuel Card included

Accommodation covered for any overnight stays when required

Supportive, experienced crew and leadership

Tools and phone provided (or discussed further at interview)

A strong pipeline of regional civil projects already locked in - offering security, variety, and consistent work

Projects that directly serve local councils and communities

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll lead day-to-day operations and project delivery across multiple active sites, including:

Managing scheduling, subcontractors, materials, and resources

Overseeing compliance, safety, and quality on-site

Handling site-based paperwork and documentation

Working closely with supervisors, crew leads, and clients

Travelling between sites in the Riverina region as needed

What we’re looking for:

Minimum five years’ experience in civil construction as an engineer or project manager

Practical understanding of safety, compliance, and project reporting

Calm, confident leadership with a hands-on mindset

Comfortable managing multiple crews and job sites

White Card, full driver’s licence, and full working rights in Australia

Experience with bridges, culverts, or water infrastructure is a plus—but more important is your reliability, adaptability, and commitment to doing quality work
