We are now looking for a Care Team Support Officer to join our office team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, friendly, and passionate about helping others behind the scenes.
About the Role
As the Care Team Support Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative and rostering support to ensure our care team runs smoothly. Working closely with the Culture and Compliance Manager, you’ll support internal communications, timesheet processing, and workforce coordination.
This is an office-based role (not a care position), located in Sydney's CBD.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with staff rostering and shift coordination.
Process timesheets and follow up on missing entries.
Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and social media messages.
Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team.
Maintain office systems and manage supply orders.
Greet visitors and ensure a warm, professional office environment.
