At Bespoke Careers we connect the right people to help our clients build effective teams - as part of our Operations Team, you can help us achieve this with your thorough and methodical approach to administration and supportive and confident nature.

With particular attention to detail and strong communication skills you will be working closely with the Global Operations Manager building your knowledge of office administration, supporting consultants with finding the right talent, coordinating events and getting creative with our AI and Automation systems.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare & action administrative tasks within the companies ATS database (all training provided)

Monitoring studio inboxes, resource & pre-screen candidates for consultants

Provide weekly/fortnightly reports to the Global Operations Manager along with tracking activity for the team

Coordinate weekly & monthly office/canteen orders

Meet and greet guests, answer & direct calls, some minute taking

Co-coordinating events at Bespoke incl catering, venues, RSVP's etc & arranging some travel when required

Drive the team to build automation opportunities at Bespoke

Assist with training new starters and enhancing process within the database

General administrative assistance, facilities management and office maintenance

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality or support roles would be beneficial

High proficiency in the Microsoft suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills will make things easier

Pro-active and supportive attitude

Solutions focused

Confident communication skills - written, verbal

Considered time management skills and ability to prioritise
