Main responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact, welcoming internal and external stakeholders and managing front-of-house operations
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, technology setup, catering, and office supplies
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, office manager and building management
  • Assisting the office manager with the coordination and execution of events

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or reception an advantage.
  • Professional, proactive and personable – a true people person
  • Highly organised, detail orientated and impeccably presented
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in their workspace.
