We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist who thrives on face-to-face engagement and is passionate about enrolling students through agent channels. This is a Melbourne CBD–based, on-site role, perfect for someone energetic, professional, and results-oriented.

Conduct a minimum of 16 in-person agent meetings per week (Monday to Friday) in Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas.

Submit a detailed weekly report every Friday, outlining meetings, outcomes, and enrolment leads.

Enrol students into NSMT College’s CRICOS-approved trade courses.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with onshore and offshore education agents.

Promote the college at education expos, agent info sessions, networking events, and open days.

Work closely with admissions, compliance, and the marketing team to ensure seamless lead conversion and branding consistency.

Support content for digital and print campaigns, agent communications, and lead-nurturing funnels.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in education marketing, agent management, or student recruitment (VET/CRICOS).

Strong existing network of onshore agents with a proven track record of student enrolments.

Must be based in Melbourne and comfortable with on-site work and daily travel for meetings.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Understanding of CRICOS marketing compliance, visa processes, and the VET framework.

Able to work independently, meet KPIs, and deliver consistent reports.
