About Us:

Hyatt Construction is a fast-growing building and renovation company with an integrated showroom for premium building materials including cabinetry, tiles, bathroom products, timber flooring, and more. As we expand, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to join our team.

Your Role:

This is a diverse marketing role that combines digital strategy, content creation, data analysis, and campaign execution, working closely with our in-house team and showroom. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing both online and offline promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies

Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.)

Manage website updates, SEO, and digital advertising (Google, Meta Ads, etc.)

Analyze marketing data and customer insights to optimize campaigns

Organize and promote in-store and local community events

Support sales funnel activities and track customer interactions

Work collaboratively with the sales and showroom team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent qualifications considered)

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management

Strong knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)

Experience in content creation (short videos, social media posts, etc.)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively engage our bilingual customer base

Familiarity with the construction, renovation, or interior design industry is a plus
