The International Directorate at CQUniversity plays a key role in advancing the University’s global presence and student community by leading international student recruitment, managing partnerships and sponsorships, and ensuring a strong international student experience. The team works collaboratively across the University to support growth, engagement and positive outcomes for students.
As a member of the International Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for recruiting high-quality, eligible international students across all course levels and campuses. You will build and manage relationships with education agents, partner institutions and other stakeholders, while providing expert guidance on study options and life in Australia. Your work will contribute directly to enrolment targets and strategic partnership outcomes.
You will bring expertise in international student recruitment, exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience working in high-performing environments. Proficiency with CRM systems and a strong understanding of the student decision-making journey will be key to your success. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, working in a dynamic and supportive team focused on global engagement.

Position Requirements
Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment, with a particular focus on North Asia markets (e.g., China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea), and an understanding of region-specific education trends and stakeholder expectations.
Proven ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
High-level written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin and the ability to communicate cross-culturally, prepare market-facing materials and reports, and deliver persuasive presentations to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply sound judgement in decision-making.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and the ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines.
