About the Role

Are you a motivated, creative, and driven marketing professional looking to make a real impact in the education sector? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to lead and execute strategic marketing and student recruitment activities, both domestically and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable CRICOS Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in the heart of Melbourne and play a key role in shaping our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, partners, and clients.

- Provide timely, professional responses to agent enquiries and ensure exceptional service levels.

- Convert leads and enquiries into enrolments through tailored communication and follow-up.

- Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

- Manage social media platforms, create regular posts and promotional content.

- Coordinate agent visits, student orientations, and promotional events.

- Maintain and update marketing materials and ensure compliance with ASQA standards.

- Prepare marketing performance reports and meet monthly/quarterly targets for COEs.

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in education marketing, ideally within an RTO or CRICOS environment.

- Knowledge of ASQA’s marketing and recruitment standards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
