Position Overview

IndianCare runs a range of community welfare programs supporting the Indian community. In this role, you will work closely with Project Officers across various initiatives to strengthen IndianCare’s online presence. Your key responsibility will be to curate and schedule engaging digital content that promotes each project and its activities. While the content will be provided by the IndianCare team, you will be responsible for refining, organising, and publishing it regularly to ensure consistent and impactful communication.

Fixed-term role (July 2025 to Dec 2025) 1 day a week from the office with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

Developing and executing a digital content strategy across Website, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn with strong integration of SEO

Creating engaging, community-centred content: reels, stories, videos, blogs, event highlights, success stories, testimonials, and infographics

Managing daily content posting, scheduling, and editorial planning

Capturing in-office and event content

Engaging with our online community and analysing post and campaign performance, and refining strategies to increase reach and impact

Running targeted ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) and reporting results

Supporting our community programs and initiatives with digital promotions

Working closely with our team to ensure all communication aligns with our values, tone, and vision

Establish and maintain positive relationships with the team

Advice the team on improve social media engagement and following
