The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced social media, EDMs (email direct marketing), and graphic design professional to join our team at joeyshop & Rest by Me in Mornington, VIC. This is a part-time position that will play a crucial role in creating engaging and visually appealing content to support our online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement

Design eye-catching and on-brand graphics for social media posts, EDMs, and other marketing collateral

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and produce high-quality visual content

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and design trends to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant

Measure and analyse the performance of our social media and email marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvement

What We're Looking For

Significant experience in social media management, email marketing, and graphic design

Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create visually engaging content

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team

Proven track record of driving successful social media and email marketing campaigns

Familiarity with latest social media and design trends and best practices

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
