At T.House, we curate and sell a philanthropic collection of limited-edition homeware essentials through our online platform. 100% of our profits are donated to carefully chosen charities that align with our Founder’s values. Our goal is simple: to turn everyday shopping into charitable giving.
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and expanding our community through strategic content creation and digital engagement.
About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
Scheduling posts and managing engagement using Facebook Business Suite
Supporting paid campaigns (boosts/ads) via Ads Manager
Developing end-to-end creative campaigns and content strategies
Writing captions and sourcing imagery that aligns with our brand voice
Tracking analytics and reporting on performance
Supporting the Founder with brand growth and social media for both the business and personal profile

Are creative, reliable, and well-organised
Love working in a small, close-knit team but can also work independently from home
Are calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Are detail-focused, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
Have excellent written communication skills and a natural flair for branding and storytelling
Are values-driven and excited to work in a purpose-led business
Are confident creating content from scratch using design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of content creation and social media best practices
Experience using:
Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
Facebook Business Suite (incl. Ads Manager + Pixel)
Asana or other project management tools
Strong computer literacy and time management skills
An ABN and ability to invoice for freelance work
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar
Experience working with not-for-profit, ethical or values-led brands
