About Us
We are a young, passionate and energetic hospitality company with 2 venues, with a 3rd venue currently undergoing renovations, as well as a live music festival that takes place annually for St Patrick's Day weekend every March. We pride ourselves on providing high quality service in all venues, whilst also having fun.
The Role
This role will start as part time while shadowing our current social media and marketing manager who is leaving us the end of July to move overseas (sad face). After a successful handover from our current manager, the position will move to full time (38 hour) salary.
We are looking for a social media and marketing guru who will be responsible for a variety of tasks that help drive our brand, including content creation, social media management, event coordination, and administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a small team, with potential to grow with us.
This is an opportunity to create memorable campaigns and take leadership in our company's social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Social Media:
Develop, schedule and execute content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages.
Ensure all social media content maintains a consistent brand voice, reflecting the company’s values and personality across all platforms.
Analyse metrics and report on performance.
Stay updated on trends and best practices to maintain cutting-edge social presence.
Photography & Videography:
Plan and execute shoots to produce compelling visual content for various platforms.
Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet project specifications and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with other team members to align visual content with marketing strategies.
Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve visual content quality.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and organise marketing files, assets, and promotional materials.
Required Skills:
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel) and Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skillset in Videography & Photography
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge and understanding in the hospitality industry
Basic knowledge of Email Marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Connect or Hubspot for example.
Prior experience in a Marketing role.
Remuneration
Permanent full time position, 38 hours per week with flexible working arrangement an option.
Salary with all benefits such as annual leave and time in lieu.
