About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Cloverdale, our office is located across from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring effective and efficient property management operations with assistance where required.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting inspections, managing maintenance and repairs, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns

Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure a positive rental experience for all parties

Market and promote available rental properties to secure new tenants

Manage the leasing process, including conducting viewings, processing applications, and preparing tenancy agreements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activities and financial information

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies

Contribute to the overall success of the property management team and the business

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a property management role within the residential leasing and property management industry

Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in using property management software and technology preferably MRI Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate

Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the property management industry

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and manage high volume of email enquiry from various stakeholders as well as prioritise tasks.
