Assistant / Junior Property Manager | West Perth (CBD) 6005

Here is the chance to forge a career in property management within a close knit, friendly team of ~30 staff nationally in one of Australia's leading Property Management Groups, which has been exploding in growth over the last 2 years due to an exclusive relationship with another large Property business.

In this role, you will receiving training and support & will have the opportunity to learn to be a Property Manager, managing a full portfolio over 6-12 months with an immediate need due to staff changes / growth.

We are potentially looking for an assistant property manager stepping up, or a real estate admin/receptionist taking that next step into a Junior Property Manager type role to manage 30, then 60, up to 80 properties.

Then eventually with the vision to be a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager with a full 150+ property portfolio and higher salary to match.

JOB DUTIES:
- Work under a Property Manager, helping them with workload (training provided) and quickly get your own portfolio and handle it in due course
- Do condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with tenants and owners, and using PropertyMe systems
- Learn eventually all aspects of property management

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of $55,000 - $65,000 + Super (Up to $75,000 + Super if you have Junior / Assistant PM experience currently)

- Training and use of the latest PropertyMe software

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience or real estate experience / knowledge (not essential)
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
