We manage Studio apartment tenancies and Land-Banked share accommodation across Melbourne's south-east in the Frankston, Berwick & Caulfield area. Specialising in residential property management with 26 years of experience.

About the role

As the successful applicant, the Property Manager will independently manage and maintain a portfolio of residential rental properties, caring for our properties and tenants. Some have been with us in excess of 20 years.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

conducting thorough tenant screening and selection processes

handling tenant inquiries

resolving any issues that may arise

maintaining excellent tenant relationships,

recommending rent increase reviews

managing prompt repairs and maintenance of rental properties

conducting in-going & out-going & routine inspections.

Preparing and serving VCAT Notices; and if required attendance and representation at VCAT

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Full Australian working rights or permanent residency essential

Min. 2 years real estate property management experience or similar essential

Previous VCAT experience essential, so you know how to avoid it.

Sound computer confidence & proficiency

Current R/E License is not required.

Reliable vehicle required

Basic maintenance abilities (adjusting aircon remotes, changing batteries, lights, knowing which Tradie to call, etc.)
