About You:
You’re a skilled property manager with a solid background in commercial and retail assets. You take pride in delivering outstanding service to landlords,
tenants, and contractors, and you’re comfortable managing a diverse and active portfolio.
What You’ll Need:

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or retail property management
• Current WA Property Management License
• Reliable transport for property inspections and site visits
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of facilities management and property compliance
• Experience using CIRRUS8 (preferred)
• Driver's Licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing rent arrears and financial reporting
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance, and negotiating service contracts
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance
• Handling rent reviews, lease renewals, and vacancy coordination
• Liaising effectively with owners, tenants, and contractors
