We’re a personal injury plaintiff firm based in Parramatta, supporting individuals through some of life’s toughest challenges - including workplace accidents, motor vehicle claims, public liability matters, and insurance disputes.

We’re seeking a warm, switched-on and reliable Receptionist to be the first impression of our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive, high-performing team, and brings prior experience in a plaintiff personal injury firm.

📌 Your Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage incoming calls with empathy and professionalism
• Triage enquiries and direct them to the correct team
• Open new client files and update electronic records
• Manage mail, deliveries, calendars, inboxes and office supplies
• Assist with file management and digital document processing
• Maintain a calm, organised and professional reception environment

🧩 What You Must Bring:

• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm (essential – please do not apply without this)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and legal systems
• Friendly, calm and composed under pressure
