Receptionist – Be the First Impression That Sets the Tone

We’re looking for a receptionist who’s sharp, warm and organised. Someone who makes things run smoothly without needing to be asked.

What you’ll do

• Answer and direct calls with warmth and professionalism
• Triage new enquiries by identifying the type of claim and passing it to the right team
• Open new files
• Keep supplies stocked, from stationery to lollies and WFH gear
• Manage mail, deliveries, calendars and inbox updates
• File documents electronically (we’re fully paperless)
• Be helpful, present and organised

What you’ll bring

• At least one year in a law firm is ideal but not essential
• Confident with Outlook, Word and Excel
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail
• Friendly, reliable and calm under pressure
