The Position

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a market leading organization based in Sydney's CBD. This globally, family-owned success story has seen significant growth due to its trusted partnerships and sought after culture.

This role will see you working in a fast-paced and thriving culture offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. As a key member of the team, you will be the face of the company and responsible for managing reception including meeting and greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls, meeting room management, and ensuring smooth mail tracking.

Skills/ Experience

  • Reception duties including being the face of the company – being a polished, professional and welcoming presence for all who enter the business
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls ensuring detailed and accurate message taking
  • Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring they have an engaging and positive experience
  • Managing meeting room bookings and setting up of video/ conference call meetings
  • Managing all mail and pickups
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage stock replenishment for office and kitchen supplies
  • Play an integral part in the smooth running of events including organizing catering as required
  • Provide support to the Head of Facilities and wider executive administration team
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry and any other ad hoc tasks


Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will present with a minimum of 2 years stable experience working as Receptionist within a corporate and polished environment. They will be looking to add value in this role quickly and have exposure to a busy role where prioritization of tasks is key.

In addition, you will also have:

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • A positive mindset and thrive being the welcoming face of the company
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy reception area
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • An impeccable attention to detail
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
