We are seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Yes Dental practice in Rouse Hill, NSW. As a full-time Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our patients and dental professionals.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming and rescheduling

Collecting and processing patient information and documentation

Handling patient inquiries, questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

Assisting with billing, invoicing and financial transactions

Dental Assisting and Steri management when required

Providing general administrative support to the dental team

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist & Dental Assistant

D4W software experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with patients of all ages

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

A calm, patient and friendly demeanour with a genuine interest in providing high-quality customer service

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding professional standards
