HarperLloyd Recruitment is a legal specialist recruitment firm partnering with boutique to top-tier/international private practice firms, government and in-house operations. We are actively seeking a Receptionist for a highly regarded, national Corporate law firm. The welcoming face of their Sydney office, you will provide valuable support to the Operations Team, and the wider firm environment.

This is a truly unique role which can be configured either of the following ways:

• Full Time | Reception: 8.00am - 1.00pm, Operations and Administration support: 2.00pm - 4.30pm
• Part Time | Reception: 8.00am - 1.00pm

The role:

• Answering and directing phone calls in a confident manner
• Greeting clients and assisting with directing queries
• Receiving incoming mail
• Organising couriers and accepting deliveries to the firm
• Attentive maintenance of the Reception and Meeting Room areas
• Adhoc administration duties to support the firm's Operations Team

About you:

• Ideally 1 year experience working in a firm or Professional Services environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to work autonomously
• Great phone manner with both clients and exterior stakeholders
• Proactive working style
