About the role
An exciting opportunity is now available to join our team in the pivotal role of Administration Coordinator. Are you, or someone you know looking for a role that makes a real difference in the lives of people living with disability? If so, read on!
This full-time permanent role, based in either Melbourne or Sydney, is a first contact point for the tenants of our Specialist Disability Accommodation nationwide, partners and general enquiries and is responsible for ensuring that any maintenance requests or general matters are resolved quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
The successful applicant will have a customer first focus, excellent communication and admin skills and will be capable of working closely with our tenants, contractors and our internal teams to get the job done. You’ll answer and coordinate all incoming calls, triage maintenance issues, action low level maintenance, maintain building compliance documentation, and enhance processes to ensure that Liverty provides the very best service possible.
This is a hybrid role with three days office attendance expected per week.

What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative coordinator or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
