We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an organised and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team full-time and help us run smoothly behind the scenes.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the glue between customers, suppliers, compliance and installers—keeping operations efficient and customers happy. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating Bookings: Schedule installations and service appointments for customers and installers.
Material Ordering: Handle procurement of equipment and materials for upcoming jobs.
Document Management: Send out, track, and follow up on required documents from stakeholders.
Customer Follow-Up: Provide prompt and friendly after-sales support, handling customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with internal workflows, and help streamline day-to-day operations.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in admin, coordination, or customer service roles.
Strong organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Confidence working with digital tools (CRM, email).
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
Experience in the renewable energy or trades sector is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll train the right person who shares our values.
