Integrate Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established and growing conveyancing firm in South East Victoria, currently seeking a passionate and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and build valuable industry relationships.

In this key role, you'll take ownership of generating new business opportunities, building a strong referral network, and promoting high-quality conveyancing services across the region.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local property and real estate sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, and other referral partners
• Coordinating and attending face to face meetings with potential clients
• Manage a sales pipeline and report on lead generation and conversion metrics
• Attend and represent the firm at networking events, expos, and property functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and campaigns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing services and property transaction processes

Your Skills

• Previous experience in a business development, sales, or client relationship management role, ideally within conveyancing, legal services, or real estate
• Strong network within the South East Victoria property market is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously
• Understanding of property transactions and conveyancing processes is advantageous
