This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a long-standing, highly respected commercial agency in South West Sydney. You’ll be stepping into a clean, low-maintenance portfolio of approximately 200 commercial tenancies, fully supported by admin, accounts, and maintenance teams—freeing you up to focus on relationships, performance, and strategic management.

The Role You’ll manage a well-supported portfolio of approximately 200 commercial tenancies, handling lease matters, tenant relationships, financial performance, and compliance, with minimal admin thanks to dedicated internal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and inspections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Handle arrears, lease breaches, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Coordinate maintenance and oversee contractor compliance
- Deliver forecasts, meet operational KPIs, and add value to your portfolio
What You’ll Need
- Solid experience in commercial property management
- Current Real Estate License
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
