We are seeking experienced and driven Leasing agents, Assistant PM’s, Property Managers & Senior Property managers agents to join this growing team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio.
Well established and reputable office in the Central Coast, Gosford area, working alongside a fantastic team of Property Managers, we are looking for a talented individuals to join this outstanding team.

The Role:

There are multiple opportunities available in the property management team. We have an Assistant PM, Property Manager and a Senior property Manager role available.
You, will play a pivotal role in this office’s continued success.

• Managing a clean portfolio with leasing & admin support
• Full end to end property management, maintain close relationship with Landlords & tenants
• Manage arrears & rent reviews
• Handle client communications
• Conducting property inspections
• Landlord & tenant correspondence, manage repairs & maintenance

Skills Required & Experience:

• Minimum 1 years property management/ real estate experience
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational & time management abilities
• Capacity to work independently & collaboratively in a team environment
• Be up to date with legislation & regulations
• Motivated & able to work in a team environment
• Possess a strong work ethic
• MUST HAVE Certificate of registration as a minimum & drivers Lic.
