We’re looking for a commercially astute Property Manager to lead the management and optimisation of Re.Group’s national leased property portfolio. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for all property related matters, from lease negotiations and renewals to landlord relationship management, and day-to-day tenancy coordination.

About the role

Manage the Re.Group’s national property portfolio of over 65 leased sites, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and exit strategies.

Lead commercial lease negotiations to secure favourable terms and reduce occupancy costs.

Act as the main point of contact for all property matters across the business.

Strengthen landlord relationships to improve lease terms and long term partnership outcomes.

Liaise with agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal obligations and commercial targets.

Work closely with operational teams to ensure our property facilities optimise business objectives.

Coordinate valuations, rent reviews, and make-good obligations.

This role will be required to travel.

About you

5+ years’ experience in a commercial property management role, ideally within a multi-site environment such as retail, logistics, or franchising.

Strong negotiation and lease administration skills, with a track record of delivering improved commercial outcomes.

Ability to develop positive relationships with landlords, agents, and internal teams.

Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project delivery.

Familiarity with lease compliance, rent reviews, valuations, and make-good requirements.

Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related discipline are desirable.
