The Role:

As the Junior Property Manager you will be supporting the Property Management Department and your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting the property management department with a local portfolio (within 5-10kms of the office)
• Liaising with tenants
• Respond to all phone and email inquiries
• Carrying out Maintenance and Compliance tasks
• Routines and Entry & Exits
• Admin duties

The Person:

The ideal person for the role of Junior Property Manager will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.

• Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Current Certificate of Registration or Certifucate IV ESSENTIAL
• Current VIC drivers licence and own car - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
