We’re looking for a full time, highly organised, mature, detail-oriented Client Services Officer/Administration Assistant to join our team, and help us deliver excellent service to our existing and prospective clients. The successful candidate will enjoy a friendly and supportive work environment, whilst being responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, adviser support, and client communication.

The Position:

As Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for:

Attending to client phone and email requests/enquiries

Preparation and lodgement of client forms and advice documents

Following instructions from our Advisers/Financial Planners

Obtaining research information from external companies

Preparation of Annual Client Portfolio Reviews

Managing client Annual Service Agreements

Assisting with compliance and software updates (SharePoint and Xplan).

Arranging client appointments and managing Adviser diaries

Data entry and maintaining client files and database

General administration duties as required

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will ideally have the following:

Experience in banking or financial services (highly regarded)

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)

Confident, friendly and outgoing positive approach, and strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organised with excellent attention to detail and can-do attitude

Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised, as well as part of a team

Experience with Xplan an advantage
